COOLORANGE is an international software company focused on helping companies all over the world to connect their design team with with the rest of the company. We are looking for a highly-motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and further develop his/her sales career. The SDR will be working closely with the marketing and sales teams, and will perform outreach to existing and new potential customers. This role will also respond to inbound leads and generate interest to prospect customers.

We are looking for a professional who loves new challenges and opportunities and knows the world of data management, lifecycle management, and manufacturing processes with CAD design and ERP.

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for effectively capturing the attention of B2B buyers, presenting our value proposition and nurturing interest in our solutions. The position will require a thorough understanding of our products and services, our target customers, and competitive technology.

This role will leverage lead generation tools, virtual events and programs, as well as partner with colleagues to identify and nurture new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities include:
• Identify and prioritize target accounts and key prospective contacts.
• Research business challenges of companies and contacts using various data sources.
• Contact new prospects daily through various channels and articulate our company’s value proposition.
• Conduct C-level conversations with executives, CAD managers and IT managers in prospective accounts.
• Nurture and develop interest to identify qualified sales opportunities.
• Leverage social media to share content for business development purposes.
• Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM.
• Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities.
• Develop qualified sales opportunities using a qualification scoring framework.
• Work closely with Channel partners

• Strong English written and verbal communication skills. Other languages are welcome
• Willingness to make cold calls and connect with new people
• Ability of multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Social selling qualifications

• 3/5 years of relevant work experience, in technology companies is a plus
• Experience in the areas of mechanical engineering, design, CAD, ERP or PLM is an advantage

At COOLORANGE, we love technology and want to make engineering work easier through software.
The project team works on software projects for customers in which we connect data management, CAD (Autodesk) and ERP, develop automations and improve processes. The basis is our standard software products, which the project team customizes for the customer, exclusively in remote collaboration. You will report to management and work closely with sales and product development.
Your goals in managing the project area are to make the customer's job easier and to make projects to be executed in a simple, fast and repeatable way.

The Project management position is responsible for:
• Project coordination (project planning, control, responsibility)
• Standardization of projects, products, processes and offers
This focuses on meeting the needs of customers and COOLORANGE. It includes delivering projects on time/cost/quality, transparency and reliability. Standardization and modularization, problem solving, project controlling are your passion.

• You have experience with customer projects in ERP or PLM/PDM
• Ideally you have experience in the Autodesk world
