Sales Development Representative (m/f/d)

We are expanding our presence in the DACH region and are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team.

Description:

We are looking for a motivated and qualified Sales Development Representative (m/f/d) to join our expanding sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, emailing, calling, following up and qualifying leads for coolOrange's software solutions. This role requires a blend of technical understanding and sales skills to effectively communicate the value of our products to potential customers, particularly within the Autodesk Vault customer base.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Lead generation: identifying and qualifying leads through research and contacting (cold calling and email).
  • Acquisition of customers and prospects: Build and nurture relationships with leads through effective communication across multiple channels (phone, email, social media).
  • Needs analysis: Understand the needs and challenges of prospects to effectively present our software solutions.
  • Product Presentation: Communicate the value of our software solutions to leads, especially within the Autodesk Vault customer base.
  • Scheduling appointments: Coordinate and schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update lead and sales activity information in our CRM system.
  • Quotas: Meet or exceed monthly quotas of qualified leads.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new leads and fill our sales pipeline.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Sales to report on results and develop and implement lead generation strategies.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing or a related field. Experience in software sales or the Autodesk ecosystem is a plus.
  • Strong active listening skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Ability to understand complex technical solutions and communicate their value to technical and non-technical prospects.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and prospecting platforms. Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.
  • Self-motivated, dedicated and goal-oriented team player.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Strong work ethic and enthusiasm for learning and building new relationships with customers.
  • Fluency in German and English is a must. Additional language skills in French are a plus.

Technical Customer Success Manager (m/f/d)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager to help our customers get the most out of our software. The ideal candidate is a native German speaker, fluent in English and has experience in engineering companies, the design process and the process chain between CAD and production. The passion of our TCSM is to improve the processes in a mechanical engineering company by automating and integrating them, from CAD designer to production. Responsibilities include proactively engaging with customers, maintaining long-term customer relationships, ensuring their continued satisfaction and identifying opportunities for product improvement and deeper integration, as well as maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer retention and adoption - Ensure customers are actively using and deriving value from the software
  • Identification of opportunities - Identify opportunities for improvements that lead to increased customer value, through additional services or cross-grades
  • Feature and product innovation - Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify potential new software features or products. Test and evaluate new product ideas, features or business models and provide feedback to the product and sales team.
  • Customer Communications - Engage directly and indirectly with customers via calls, forums, surveys, newsletters, webinars and other channels to ensure customers stay informed and engaged.
  • Technical leadership and roundtables - with key customers to ensure buy-in from large, cross-departmental customers and with a broad customer base to discuss the product roadmap
  • Customer references - identifying potential customers to be considered as reference customers and developing the customer story that can be shared with marketing
  • Customer language - understanding the language, needs, benefits and requirements of customers and sharing these insights with sales and marketing to improve content creation and overall success
  • Content creation - Create or contribute to the creation and improvement of customer-centric content that helps existing and future customers, in collaboration with the other teams
  • Reporting and Monitoring - Monitor customer metrics and develop strategies to increase product adoption and satisfaction. Maintain a comprehensive customer database with interaction histories in our CRM system and add strategically relevant data.

Qualifications:

  • German as first language and fluent in English.
  • More than 3 years of experience as a CAD designer or process/project manager in a manufacturing company with knowledge of Autodesk Inventor/Vault and ERP. Alternatively, several years' experience as a technical application developer, consultant or in a similar customer-facing role in a CAD or ERP environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven success in building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, empathetic and customer focused mindset.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and derive actionable insights.

We are expanding our presence in the APAC region and are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Developer to join our team.

Job Summary:

As a Business Developer for the APAC region, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and market presence. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and closing deals. Your efforts will directly contribute to the expansion of our customer base and revenue in the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and opportunities in the APAC region.
  • Lead Generation: Actively generate and qualify leads to drive sales growth.
  • Sales Process: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
  • Partnerships: Identify partnerships with resellers and distributors to expand our market reach.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to the Head of Sales.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales in the SaaS or software industry, preferably with a focus on the manufacturing or mechanical engineering sectors.

Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with Autodesk products, especially Vault and Inventor or similar PDM and CAD software, is a plus.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes in the mechanical engineering sector, from design to production, is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot is a plus.

Language Skills:

  • Fluent in English (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in other foreign languages that are common in the APAC region is highly advantageous.
