We are looking for a highly-motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) professional to join our team and further develop his/her sales career. The SDR will be working closely with the marketing and sales teams and will perform outreach to existing and new potential customers. This role will also respond to inbound leads and generate interest to prospect customers in our solutions.

We are looking for someone who is confident and loves new challenges and opportunities to learn about data and lifecycle management, and manufacturing processes with CAD design and ERP.

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for effectively capturing the attention of B2B buyers, presenting our value proposition, and nurturing interest in our solutions. The position will require a thorough understanding of our products and services, our target customers, and competitive technology.

This role will leverage lead generation tools, virtual events and programs, as well as partner with colleagues to identify and nurture new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include the following:

  • Identify and prioritize target accounts and key prospective contacts.
  • Research business challenges of companies and contacts using various data sources.
  • Contact new prospects daily through various channels and articulate our company’s value proposition.
  • Conduct high-level conversations with executives, CAD managers and IT managers in prospective accounts.
  • Nurture and develop interest to identify qualified sales opportunities.
  • Utilize social media to share content for business development purposes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely notes on interactions within the CRM system.
  • Achieve monthly targets.
  • Develop qualified sales opportunities using a qualification scoring framework.

Skills

  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills. German language skills would be ideal. Other languages are welcome
  • Willingness to make cold calls and connect with new people
  • Social selling qualifications
  • Experience working with CRM tools (ie: Hubspot) and Microsoft Office package

Experience

  • 3/4 years of  sales experience
