coolOrange announces that Addwize, a Norway-based Autodesk Fusion Manage specialist, has become part of coolOrange and will operate under the name coolOrange Northern Europe. This strategic step strengthens coolOrange’s commitment to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Autodesk Fusion Manage, and closer regional presence in the Nordics.

Addwize, founded and led by Markus Gundersen, has built a strong reputation for pragmatic and successful Fusion Manage implementations, particularly in manufacturing environments where PLM must integrate seamlessly with existing CAD, PDM, and ERP systems. Over the years, Addwize has successfully leveraged coolOrange technologies – including powerPLM, the Vault–Fusion Manage connector – to deliver tangible business value to customers.

By becoming part of coolOrange, Addwize and its customers gain access to a broader organization with deep technical expertise, dedicated support, and a long-term product strategy, while preserving the hands-on consulting approach that has defined Addwize’s success.

“This is a natural next step. By joining coolOrange, I can stay fully focused on helping customers solve real process and collaboration challenges with Fusion Manage, while being supported by a larger team that ensures scalability, continuity, and long-term reliability.”

Markus Gungersen, CEO & Founder, Addwize

For coolOrange, the move represents a deliberate strengthening of its PLM strategy. The company has been committed to Autodesk’s PLM vision since the early days of PLM 360 and has played a key role in connecting Vault and Fusion Manage through powerPLM, now widely used by customers worldwide.

“The market and the technology have reached a level of maturity where PLM can finally deliver on its promise—if implemented pragmatically and integrated correctly. With Addwize becoming part of coolOrange, we are doubling down on Fusion Manage and reinforcing our focus on solving real-world process and integration challenges for manufacturing companies.”

Marco Mirandola, CEO coolOrange

The establishment of coolOrange Northern Europe also underlines coolOrange’s commitment to being closer to customers in the Nordic region, while simultaneously strengthening its ability to scale successful PLM approaches across Europe and globally. This expansion builds on coolOrange’s growing international footprint and recent collaborations with Autodesk teams and partners in Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

Addwize customers will continue to work with the same trusted consultant, now supported by coolOrange’s broader technical, product, and support organization—ensuring continuity while opening the door to expanded capabilities and long-term innovation.
